Having immigrated to Canada at a young age, Lakhwinder embraced the challenges of a new country with resilience and determination. He later pursued studies in Communication and Film at Brock University, an experience that sharpened his marketing expertise and fueled his entrepreneurial spirit.
Under Lakhwinder’s leadership, Brar’s Food Culture of India has flourished, building on the strong foundation laid by his father and transforming the business into an industry powerhouse. Lakhwinder’s vision and relentless work ethic have driven the company’s expansion, ensuring it continues to set industry standards across North America. Beyond Brar’s, he owns and franchises several successful restaurants, where his sharp eye for design and deep understanding of market trends are evident in every aspect of the business.
Despite his demanding professional life, Lakhwinder is a dedicated family man. A proud father and brother to three siblings, he balances his personal and professional responsibilities with remarkable skill. His story is one of resilience, growth, and leadership—a testament to the power of hard work and visionary thinking from a young age.
